    Dandelion tea helps bring blood sugar levels down. This option is only for type 2 diabetics. It is different for everyone of course, but I see at least a 10 point drop after drinking my dandelion tea. And of course you must cover and steep the tea for at least 30 minutes before you drink it. It is also important to use good quality tea, which Buddha teas is. I am very happy that I found Buddha Teas.
