Our teas are made from carefully selected herbs, botanicals, and tea leaves. Each product page lists its full ingredient breakdown so you always know exactly what’s in your cup.

Most of our teas are made with certified organic ingredients. When applicable, organic certification details are clearly noted on the product page.

Caffeine content varies by tea type. Herbal teas are naturally caffeine-free, while green, black, oolong, and matcha teas contain caffeine. Each product page indicates whether a tea is caffeinated or caffeine-free.

Brewing instructions vary depending on the tea. We include recommended steep times and water temperatures on each product page to help you get the best flavor and experience.

Some teas may be steeped more than once, depending on the ingredients and personal taste preference. Flavor strength will naturally be lighter with additional steeps.

Yes. Our tea bags are made without plastic and are designed to let the ingredients fully expand during steeping.

No. We do not use artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives in our teas.

For best freshness, store tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong odors. Keeping tea sealed helps preserve flavor and aroma.

Tea does not typically “expire,” but freshness and flavor are best when enjoyed within the timeframe recommended on the packaging.

Some ingredients may not be suitable for children or during pregnancy. Always review ingredient lists and consult a healthcare professional if you have questions.

Our teas are blended and packaged with care in Carlsbad California, using thoughtfully sourced ingredients from trusted growers.

Because we use natural ingredients, slight variations in color, cut, or aroma may occur. This is a normal part of working with real botanicals.

Shippping & Returns FAQs

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and in some locations, cash on delivery.

We offer three shipping methods in the U.S.:

  • FedEx Ground: $9.95
  • FedEx Express: $24.95
  • FedEx Overnight: $39.95Orders totaling $59.99 or more qualify for free FedEx Ground shipping.

Typical delivery times are:

  • FedEx Ground: 3–5 business days
  • FedEx Express: 2–3 business days
  • Expedited shipping orders must be placed before 1:00 PM (PST) - Monday-Thursday to ship the same day. 

We can’t ship to PO Boxes or U.S. Military APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions.  

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, depending on the contact information provided at checkout. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund on the product price (shipping costs are excluded). Returns must be in original condition and packaging.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged product or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or refund. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Yes — if you received a defective or incorrect item, we can replace it. Contact customer service first so we can make it right.

Returns for personal taste preferences are not accepted, but replacements may be offered for quality issues if the product arrives defective.  

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.
