Shipping Policy

All herbs and teas are prepared fresh for each order. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped as soon as items are ready and available.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95

  • FedEx Express: $24.95

  • FedEx Overnight: $39.95

    (Overnight shipping excludes Friday shipments and Saturday deliveries.)

The cutoff time for expedited shipping is 1:00 PM (PT). Orders placed after this time will ship on the next business day.  

Orders placed with Standard Shipping option before 1:00 PM PT are typically processed same day. Business days are Monday through Thursday.

Delivery Estimates

U.S. orders typically arrive within:

  • 2–3 business days using Express shipping

  • 3–5 business days using Standard shipping

All delivery estimates are based on business days and begin once the order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or events outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on domestic orders with 10 items or more.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships so you can monitor delivery.
