Shipping Policy

All herbs and teas are prepared fresh for each order. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped as soon as items are ready and available.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping through FedEx:

  • FedEx Ground: $9.95

  • FedEx Express: $24.95

  • FedEx Overnight: $39.95

    (Overnight shipping excludes Friday shipments and Saturday deliveries.)

The cutoff time for expedited shipping is 1:00 PM (PST). Orders placed after this time will ship on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

U.S. orders typically arrive within:

  • 2–3 business days using Express shipping

  • 3–5 business days using Ground shipping

All delivery estimates are based on business days and begin once the order has shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or events outside our control.

Free Shipping

We offer free FedEx Ground shipping on domestic orders totaling $60 or more (after taxes and discounts).

Address Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). A valid physical address is required for delivery.

Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. A tracking number will be emailed once the order ships so you can monitor delivery.
